Overkill - No New Album Until 2026
Overkill frontman Bobby "Blitz" Ellsworth confirmed in a new interview with 'Moshpit Passion' that the band is planning a follow-up to last year's Scorched, to which they will begin writing around the first half of 2025 and then have it recorded by the end of the year for a 2026 release. The news of a new record comes less than a month after Overkill revealed Jeramie Kling (The Absence, ex-Venom Inc.) as the replacement for Jason Bittner, who just recently left the band.

One of the bands whose fans have insatiable urge to listen their new albums in regular successions and they never disappoint them as well. Scorched was a banger. I can't wait for the new album.
