Sometimes, I also write about it.

And one day I'm going to start a band. We're going to be playing pun-rock.

Any quick impressions of the gig?

Was thinking about going to the Belgian date for a while. I caught up on Alcest’s latest albums when the tour was first announced, and I’m really digging Svalbard. Gets better with every listen.

Curious to hear about your experience.

Doodseskader do an intense performance. Not my thing much but interesting in a more intellectual way in a sense that it's quite varied instrumentally. If you like Svalbard you'll also like their energy live. Alcest is, well, Alcest. In contrast with the previous times I've seen them (twice I reckon) is that this time around they had a very nice stage setup, beautiful setting and colourful atmosphere. Can't comment much on the set list. I'm not in the know of their material so you're better off researching setlist.fm for their recent gigs. Sound-wise it'll ultimately depend on the venue but we had it quite nice. If the gig is today you can still make it perhaps?

I.
