2014, Now Featuring A Peanut Butter Burger! Thank you all once again for all of the suggestions and recommendations from 2014, and for following this list over the year! I can't promise I'll get to all of the suggestions, nor will I make this list as much of a priority. However, I will probably get to them at some point in the near future. The only thing I need to do is adjust my ratings, which are skewed very high at the moment.

Coolingsrock's 2014 Albums (Not For The Hearing Impaired) ***UPDATED REGULARLY*** My List of Albums that I've Listened to in 2014. Order: Best to Worst. I listened to all of these albums at least a minimum of 3 times. I do my best efforts to listen to as many different types of metal as I can. I may rate albums higher then some would, but that's my opinion and at least I'm supporting bands, not hating on them.(not going to give out 1's and 2's cause I know it's hard work to put together these albums, unless it's just white noise
 of course).

After many years of dedication and love to this music that we call progressive metal, here are some of the best albums that ever existed and made the earth a better place . Give to these albums the attention and the respect they deserve and you will be fully awarded. I think i will try and limit this list to 3 cd's maximum per band to make this thing more challenging .

Best Of 2014 So Far (mostly progressive) Rating:
10 - Allmost impossible to get. The band need to create something astronomical good. 9 - Only the best albums of the year gets this. 8 - A really good album on all levels. 7 - A good album, but nothing special. 6 - An average album with some good songs. 5 - Not a good album, maybe 1 or 2 good songs. 4 and below - I rather not waste my time on it...

Best Of 2014 So far, 2014 has been such an amazing ride in every respective field of music. Metal is no stranger, since its wide variety of sub-genres make this 2014 race and interesting one.
This list is 100% based on my personal taste and, while I try to listen to every genre and release, some are just way to Heavy for me so there probably won't be much Extreme stuff around here.

All this is going to be is a list of all my favourite albums. Probably of all time, but I dunno. It's going to be a mixture of metal and non-metal albums. Enjoy.
