The gothy post-punk / new-wave conclusion isn't bad but is weirdly out of sync with the rest of the LP - otherwise this would have been a straight 8.

I applaud the dedication to their art, but the second side, which is made up entirely of 80's influenced synth instrumentals, is a slog to listen to.

Viewed as an EP, the first side is every bit as good as the stuff on Tropical Sun.

They should have released the synth instrumentals as an EP, and this could've been on the same level as Tropical Sun.
