Great release
Thanks to your comment, I checked this one out and I am glad I did. Very nice and energetic hard rock, with a few stoner moments, some folk influences, and it even gets proggy at times. The closing track is fantastic but I really liked the album as a whole and hope to catch them live soon, they should be great fun.

Man what is up with Greece churning out awesome bands? Are Greeks having some kind of musical renaissance right now?

Yeah, this is such a fun album. I'm anything but a typical hard rock fan and I had to dig deep in my collection to find the last hard rock album I have knowingly purchased. It was something from Volbeat, I bought it almost 10 years ago and it didn't age well. I doubt that I listened to it more than five times in total...
Κτηνωδία, however, I have already spinned five times this morning and I just can't get enough of it.

Can't believe Hard Rock can be as interesting as this. Thought that was an old and dying genre and now it seems to be as alive as any other genre. Great enthusiasm!

I'm halfway through the album now and it is easily one of my favorite finds of this year's MSAs. I thought that Fierce Deity had the Hard Rock category firmly locked away, since they themselves were one of my favorite discoveries from this season already, but now it's going to be a very tough decision. It has certainly been a long time since I last heard something so interesting and entertaining in this genre.

Wow what a debut! These guys really bring back some serious old school vibes, whilst having their own totally fresh sound at the same time, amazing stuff! I'm really liking the tribal folk influences, the riffs are hugely enjoyable, it has an excellent meaty guitar tone, and the bass and drumming is fantastic. It's an all round great performance from a band with huge potential. All the tracks here are good but "Wolf's Lament", and "Stara Planina", "Black And Chrome", "Raging Bull", and "The Barkhan Dunes" are phenomenal tracks.

This one deserves a review from a staff. Some of the coolest hard / stoner rock albums I have heard. The percussive arrangements make the album sound even better. Medea is one of my favourite songs here.
BTW Khirki means window in Hindi. Probably not what the band meant though.

I am pretty sure they mean this one. But I will mention your interpretation if I ever get to interview them.

Haven’t heard this before but wanted to check both albums today. This is fantastic, haven’t been this taken with an album on first listen in awhile! Can’t wait to hear the new one also!
