I like this album, Nice atmosphere, Good musicianship and songs but the drums sound really bad, I know a lot of bands use triggers nowadays but here it sounds even more artificial than usual. But as a whole a nice album.

I remember hearing this on release and thinking "what a sad little Morbid Angel clone." And not even ripping off the cool old MA stuff but rather the crappier FFTF and GTA stuff.

I always regard Mithras more as a sad little Nocturnus clone. But then again there are of course ties between Nocturnus and Morbid Angel.
