This is an excellent compilation, the best introduction to DP music for anyone new to this band.

This album and Led Zeppelin's The Song Remains The Same were the very first two vinyls I ever got.

One of the few CDs I've spinned plenty of times without skipping anything. Brilliant musicianship and vocals by everyone included on this release. I pretty much agree with these song choises for a Best Of album with the exception that I wouldn't have included Woman From Tokyo and Demon's Eye, because they're not anything special in my opinion, but good songs nevertheless. Highlights might a bit useless to pick from such a release, but I'm gonna do it anyway and it would be 'Child In Time' with the masterful keys by John Lord and these must be one of Gillan's best vocals I've heard. An essential album IMO, by an extraordinary band.
