Last Souls is a young Italian combo, "Light" is already their 3rd demo. I think that the band should try to do a first album now, even self-produced one, but well whatever let's talk a bit about this last release, something extremely complex not so easy of access but really interesting on a side. The music of Last Souls is not so common and not so easy to "understand". Actually, the band plays a really dark and extreme Progressive Metal. Between Death and Black; Heavy and then Prog Metal, "Light" is a uncommon release which will probably be a bit disturbing for some of you. The songs are long (7 - 8 minutes in general) but a lot more complex than the ones of Opeth for example, though it's also a bit messy and that's probably the principal problem of the band.
