It's not that a random YouTube channel has any authority here, but you're actually right: according to the band, it's a demo.

I really don't want to sound like an ass but NWOTHM Full Albums is not a random channel, but the go to channel for all NWOTHM music. The guy behind it, Anderson Thiago does massive support and brings lots of traction from bands by simply uploading their albums. Either way, the official page of Mace N' Chain says it is a demo. Cheers!

I'm aware of that and I didn't want to downplay Anderson Thiago's work. NWOTHM Full Albums serves, just like many other similar YouTube channels (Black Metal Promotion, Death Metal Promotion, Stoned Meadow of Doom, Rauta, etc.), an important purpose.
I just don't understand why one should prefer any (= "random") unofficial source that has nothing to do with the band over first-hand information from the official source I linked.
