Can this even be termed a split, if all three bands are Phil Howlett's one-man-band projects?

This is definitely not a split. Phil Howlett released a rough mix of a new Solemn Ceremony track, "Arcadia", and put a couple of songs from his other two projects for people to listen. It's all mentioned here. This is just a promotional thing, it should not be listed at all in the database, in my opinion.
