Arnold would most definitely approve of this, "No Pain No Gain" could easily have made it onto his top workout playlist for sure On a side note though, I wasn't actually expecting to like this as much as I do.

They really are getting more brutal each time they release a new album, as the title suggests. This one seems to remove most of the thrash elements of the past and go full on metalcore/deathcore. It's intense and I'm digging it
