Death metal is off to a very solid start this year, with Saevus Finis, Resin Tomb, Vitriol and now this - this record has a such a good mix of a slight janky weirdness to it, while still having riffs that make a mark and some great solos

I've surprisingly been struggling with this one but it's a slow grower. The crushing sound quality (especially from the bass) and the solos are tremendous, but aside from that I've been finding the whole disso-death approach in songwriting a wee bit challenging to get into.
