"Laying Down The Law" is their classic, few years ago I did listen to their 80s one. I do like their 00s or come back, but this is sortha concept album, about heathens, bitches, sabbat rituals, old witch brews and do on, whit awesome artwork. To me best after A Sultan's Ransom what was out in 1989.
Definitely heathen clovens put their mark on history. High value album.

Pretty good release this, much better than their previous I'd say. Well performed and decent songwriting, show's the band still has it in them. Quite interesting occult themes too.

Oh yeah! Finally Cloven Hoof is back for real.. Harry Conklins dominating voice adds a lot to it but the songs are overall a lot stronger than on the albums before it. Not only is this their best album since A Sultan's Ransom but also one of the best albums of the year for me. I'll put a 8 but feels like it could go up to a 9.
