It's not quite recapitulating TDEP in unhinged extremity or peak moments, but it's a promising debut as far as being a spiritual successor project is concerned

Written by musclassia on 25.10.2024 at 14:50 I mean I'm not sure why you expected a Dillinger sound here. I assumed it would sound more like Every Time I Die based on the fact this band has 3 former members. Puciato is the only Dillinger member. As expected, it sounds more like ETID.

But I did feel while listening that it has a reasonable amount of musical overlap with TDEP beyond just the vocals, which naturally inspired parallels in me - I said my comment because it made me immediately think of TDEP (in a way that Greg's solo stuff doesn't), but didn't have the impact of their best work
