Great album! The intro to Phase 2 reminds me of something Tangerine Dream or Yes would make. Beautiful stuff.

Ordinary men hate solitude. But the Master makes use of it, embracing his aloneness, realizing he is one with the whole universe (Lao Tzu).

This album, on the other hand, has quite a lot of hypnotic beauty.

First time I hear this LP on headphones and made impression on me, I feel it hypnotized. Couple days ago I play this album on my pc and disappoint me. Something gone.

This could be one of my favorite PT albums. I like this side of PT and I really don't need the riffing and their heavier side. This is the reason I listen to them, the dreamy psychedelic feel is phenomenal... "Stars Die" is off the charts, my favorite PT song...

Easily one of the best prog albums of the 90's. The psychedelic dreamlike atmosphere presented here is truly breathtaking stuff at best. It's almost hypnotic.
