Nothing remarkable in the songwriting and the band sounds more generic than before. Something seems amiss, not only that the band is pretty far away from the sound where they started from. None of the songs sounds really killer to me.

Seems like a lot of the amazing hardcore bands from that era eventually slowed down and bought out a shit rock album, this was bad brains.
