I thought due to the lack of the attention that this would be mediocre. Instead of this I found a disc that completely explains why this band(or single person whatever you like) is so talented and unique I dare to say. I listen here and there fragments of what Catafalque is going to be in the future, like he is ready to evolve. Fast paced, bass oriented tremolo picking, compared to black metal drumming and vocals mixed with the folkish or bleak atmosphere that is so characteric of this band.

This has some pretty damn rough production which makes it difficult to really appreciate how strong the writing is. A lot of great ideas and musical directions were blended together here. It's obviously very 90s black metal inspired but it was clear from the start that this band was going to be different.

Tracks 2, 4, 5, and 6 were the highlights for me.
