Sounds like: "Necroticism..." era Carcass with a little dash of groove/thrash thrown in. In other words, this kicks an extreme amount of ass very quickly.

I fucking love that riff and vocal pattern on the title track. So good

This is probably their most respected, most relevant release. And it is good. I slightly prefer their debut though.

A solid gore/deathgrind album but not a classic in my eyes, there's definitely some Exhumed connections within this, but it lacks the kind of style and groove Exhumed has, it's kind of like listening to a less interesting and watered down version Carcass Imo, it's got a pretty sick album cover though

"Operating Theatre", "To Die For", and "Carpe Mortem" are probably the main highlights of the album for me, the rest ranging from average to decent.
