Jack Starr wrote plenty of great riffs here but overall the songs are quite average. It lacks the grand choruses or dramatic verses that usually makes USPM great. The best songs are the fast and short Burning Star and the melodic Tear Down The Wall. Go Down Fighting is a cover by Virgin Steele and Mercy Killer was previously released by Phantom Lord.
