By the late 70's, Led Zeppelin was starting to face the consequences of their own excesses. Guitarist Jimmy Page and drummer John "Bonzo" Bonham were dealing with tough addictions (heroin and alcohol respectively), while singer Robert Plant was questioning himself about his own future in the music business after the death of his son, Karac, in 1976. Maybe best from new Led Zep after IV .. Hot Dog song was damn 50's rock n roll style song, I love it I like this most, we will see soon how Coda sounds (I forgot it was a while) but this one is decent, music, (not metal) but something good actually ...well its not a classic, I,II,III and IV is but this defiantly are best after so far

"and even hard rock" - it is a hard rock album, what are you talking about? Sure Kashmir and In the Light are close to progressive rock I dare say but other than that it's a hard rock album. So basically what I understood from your comment, everything that is not metal is bad.  Hope I misunderstood you.
