Very weak indeed. The mathcore side is back, but without that tension and heaviness that used to hold it all together. I don't know how it's mixed, but everything's at the same level, and it all feels very shallow. That wall of vibrations you'd hit when first pressing play isn't there anymore. It's all very pedestrian post sludge or whatever you want to call it. I got bored halfway and stopped listening. Joe, steer clear of this one.

Yeah I heard this one a while back. I didn't dislike it, it has decent qualities, but lacks energy and aggression which I liked so much in Challenger.

Yeah it's very limp compared to Challenger. Even the vocals sound less powerful, and they eventually just got on my nerves after a while.

By virtue of the fact I've never revisited this I should probably flick a point off my current score.

That's what I would have done if I didn't feel the need to listen to it in four years. It's really a shame, I just have two full-lengths left to listen to, and so far, only one will be played regularly.
