You certainly know Tracii Guns by the fact that this guy is the "Guns" of "Guns & Roses". After 0 albums with the band and a lot of problems with Mr Axel Rose, Tracii founded "LA Guns" but he also did some "solo" albums. "All Eyes Are Watching" was his first solo album.
