Dying Fetus - Destroy The Opposition

This album was awesome

Definately their best album.

Br00tal! Great record.

Very fast and technical at times, but the real reason why this is such a good record is the fact that no song ever lets up on the brutality within. The shortest song 'Pissing in the Mainstream' is a good example of the Deathgrind genre, but the heaviness of the sound in general contributes well to a concise and simply pummelling Death metal album.

These are the types of comments that are completely unnecessary. Why do you dislike Destroy The Opposition? If you just wanted to let us know that you dislike it, then keep it to a low vote (that's the point of the rating system). Here's a direct quote from the FAQ

I don't really care for Dying Fetus, but Destroy The Opposition has some pretty groovy tunes

That's the point ! Destroy The Opposition is BAD because it has some "pretty groovy tunes"

Thanks for saving my time to deal with those extremists who didn't realize that preference is personal and I don't need any reason to influence others.

DAT opening riff though.
It's so loud, I go deaf.

An enjoyable if somewhat one-dimensional album.

Very good record, I'd even give a 9 if it was a bit more varied, as it stands it's a pretty big wall of blasting and groovy riffing all the way thorugh.

Really enjoyable, brutal and technical, and the riffs are great throughout.

Their best I think. Great grooves and riffs.
