01. Lullabye
02. It Swarms
03. Sharpen Your Axes

It's funny how little things can surprise you, how atmospheric metal can be so emotionally brutal. Enter the beautiful darkness that is Dawning. It is both inspired and inspiring.

This album definitely didn't disappoint.

Yup. The vocals are a bit of a surprise tho, heavy emphasis on them, different from past releases.

They were a little more prominent yes, but I thought they were very well done and well used.

Axes. Thanks.

I've seen it both ways various sites, Amazon, Pitchfork, Roadburn....... But it seemed that "Axes" was in the majority. Thanks for the clarifying!

Pretty nice, but nothing awesome. Pretty standard for this genre, but highly enjoyable.

Great album, not monotonous in my opinion like a lot of post-metal. Sludgy bits and almost post-hardcore like passages. Highlights for me were "It Swarms" and "Patterns".
