Initially released in very limited quantities, and mainly distributed through live performances and advertised by word of mouth.
The vinyl edition has three different covers and there's a different cover for the CD version.

I'm very conflicted on this one, it has some insane buildups that lead to incredible parts but they're lost in a sea of pretty underwhelming stuff. I guess I'll stick with Yanqui U.X.O.

I mean, this was a watershed album, and it's easy to see why. Even if you don't like the album, you can't deny its enormous impact on the metal scene. Too many bands to name have been influenced by this record. It's perfect. It is the soundtrack to an awaiting apocalypse.
