Really want some samples or track premiere to know what the fuck this is.

I haven't checked out any of his stuff, but Mats-olof Gustafsson is a saxophonist from what I understand, so I'd expect this will be going in a more jazzy type direction

Lel, that much I have indeed read around but I couldn't remember a single death metal band featuring sax, all I could think of was black metal bands so kinda puzzled about this.

I could probably kinda get into the dark ambient/tribal vibe of the rest of it (reminds me a bit of disc 3 of Triangle), but that saxophone is beyond fucking irritating. When I have finally conquered all other genres. I will still likely hate free jazz

Yeah, this isn't that great. The Saxophone at the 11ish minute mark of the first song is embarrassing.

Hmm, it's ok I guess. I've definitely heard a lot of things better that have made more effective use of brass instrumentation; I don't think their improv approach here has yielded results as good as Transient for sure. These guys are on a bit of a hit / miss streak it seems.
