01. Ko Ki

The story: This semester (if you didn't know, I'm a few weeks away from finishing my Master of Architecture degree!) I've been involved in designing a new multipurpose community building for the people of Ko Ki Village. In January, I'm going there with RAW Impact to help construct the building for the villagers.

The village is an extremely poor community of residents who have been displaced by the government (who took over their land to develop it) and "relocated" (basically dumped) here, many without access to electricity or clean water.

This project is a chance to change that, with a space for bringing the community together, education for children and in agriculture and much more.
