I'm lucky that my work has a really good gym set up, so I don't have to go to a public gym. I can't stand waiting for equipment at public gyms. Makes a 45 min workout 2 hours.
I hate the gym and prefer to workout from home. I try and do 4 days a week; when hockey season starts it gets hard to do 4 days and I try and get 3 days in around hockey games
