A Dutch thrash metal band from Heesch, North Brabant, Netherlands.
From 1983-1988 they were known as Assassin. Assassin had recorded three consecutive demos between 1986-1988.
Due to legal reasons, they were forced to change their name.
As of 1988, their new name was Messina and they were originally active until 1993.
In 2009, they briefly reunited. As of 2016, they have reformed once again.
