Biography
Native of the south of France, the family decides to move towards a new region (Auvergne) to dwell in a very old house (located near a little town named ''Saint-Flour'' in Cantal) in July 1999.
From 1999 to 2002 the band made of 3 brothers (at first created by Lonn and Jon) works hard to find his music genre, makes big music progresses, records their very first songs, learns some home-studio stuff and gives a real form, structure to their project.
In 2003 Towersound records its first demo album (10 titles) and creates its own website (www.towersound.net). This year, the band also plays on his first stages, and the first radio interviews follow... An association ('Towersound Evolution') is created to help the band in his official projects.
2004: Composition and recording of the first real and eponymous album ''Towersound'' (11 titles). Signature with the French heavy metal label ''Brennus''.
In 2005 Towersound plays many shows. The band members make a lot of prospection, find many contacts thanks to the Internet. The album is released on Friday, March 13th 2005 under Brennus. Eight radio interviews, they also appear in a newscast on ''France 3'' channel.
Towersound completes his parallel project ''From Tears To Smiles'' (easy listening and rock genres) during the summer 2006.
The ''From Tears To Smiles'' album is released during january, 2007, with a brand new website!
2008 : Due to a lot of changes in both personal and musical life, The band decides to stop playing gigs for some times. Towersound becomes again a duet (Lonn and Jon). Jon creates and release a solo album project named ''Life Of Illusion'' which helps him to canvass in new music styles. A new album for Towersound is also envisaged (Who's Guilty).
2009 : Lonn and Jon Decide to go further and record the album ''Who's Guilty'' and make a new flash version of their site. The album is released in July 2009 (8 tracks only available by download).
Finaly, the album ''Who's Guily'' includes 11 tracks (3 brand new ones plus a lot of bonus files) and it is released in cd version on the Towersound's site on April, 20th 2010.
