Morrigu is modern metal consisting of sweeping rhythms and bracing melodies, mixed with the sheer aggression of the counteracting vocals.

Formed in 1999 in Switzerland, a small country with an even smaller metal scene, where you even share your rehearsal room with a well established act like the folk metal band Eluveitie, whose drummer Merlin Sutter was also part of Morrigu back in the days. Morrigu gained a lot of live experience within the last 15 years, especially from their 2011 Tour with Pro Pain, which led them across europe.
