From the very north of Sweden, where wolves and ice bears are more common than human life comes Winterlong. A young talented power metal band ready to conquer the world! The debut album "Valley of the Lost" released in 2001 was produced by Lars Eric Mattsson, featuring special guest Mistheria on keyboards.

After the successful debut Winterlong are now back with a new more powerful setting and a much more mature sound. The new singer in Winterlong is Mikael Holm and there are actually two drummers on "The Second Coming"...The Legendary Anders Johansson (Hammerfall/Malmsteen...) and Andreas Lill (Vanden Plas). The band's leader Thorbjorn Englund is also a member of Star Queen, another fine band on Lion Music's roster.
