Klaukkala based DIVERCIA was previously known as LOST IN TWILIGHT, issuing the 'Planeteer' EP under their former title. LOST IN TWILIGHT arrived during 1998 touting a seven track self financed totally instrumental album 'Descending Mist'. The line up of the band, founded some four years earlier, was billed as a quartet of guitarists Jarno Laakso and Sami Inkiläinen, keyboard player Jarno Hänninen and drummer Janne Hänninen.

The four track 'Forever Autumn' EP arrived in the Autumn of 1999 and would debut the band's new vocalist Jyri Aarniva. LOST IN TWILIGHT would add bassist Jukka Hoffren for the 'Planeteer' EP, issued by Sound Riot Records during 2000.

The band, having recorded tracks for the album 'Modus Operandi' in the Summer of 2001, took on the DEVICE then DIVERCIA name tag to sign a deal with Dutch label Hammerheart Records. A second album, 'Cycle Of Zero', recorded at Sonic Pump and D studios in Finland and mastered by Mika Jussila at Finnvox, saw issue in 2004. Newly installed on drums for these sessions would be THY SERPENT and THRONE OF CHAOS man Teemu Laitinen.
