Biography
Gwyllion is a Symphonic Female-Fronted Metalband from Belgium. Their first album, 'Awakening the Dream', was released in the spring of 2007 and - together with their strong live reputation - earned them a lot of positive reviews, support slots for bands like After Forever, Haggard and D:S:O, a consignation deal with LSP Records, and a licensing deal with Rubicon Music in Japan.
For their second album, 'The Edge of All I Know', the band collaborated with Jens Bogren - producer for Opeth, Pain of Salvation, Amon Amarth and Symphony X, among others - in the Fascination Street Studios in Sweden.
This album was released by Black Bards in Europe and Rubicon Music in Japan, and received high marks in both national and international press, as well as airplay on national (Studio Brussel) and international radio stations.
A European tour followed in support of this album, together with fellow female-fronted metalband Autumn.
