Biography
Huron were formed in Plymouth, UK in 2007 and have already released two studio albums worldwide with Cheyne Stoking released by Rising Records in 2009 and Mary Celeste released by Casket Records in 2011.
Both Huron albums have been greatly recieved by the UK and international music press alike. Rohan James & Rimmy Sinclair bring a heavier sound to the already groove laden thrash foudations to Huron taking it to a five piece.
Huron constantly toured the uk metal venues from the off sharing stages with some of the worlds greatest rock and metal bands, they are always looking to add to their ever growing CV with tours and festivals which already include the Hellfire festival, Hammerfest II 2009, Hard Rock Hell IV 2010, Blooddstock and Download festivals in 2012.
Huron are known for their blistering live shows in the uk Huron bring a little something different to the world of metal with their third recording War Party EP Huron used for promotional use and to distribute to their army of fans all over the world.
2012 has been a fantastic year for Huron in the UK with appearances at the Download festival, Bloodstock festival and the world famous Bulldog Bash festival and finishing the year off with a full UK winter tour with Skindred.
2013 was a year of writing the new album The Dead Stay Dead bar a few shows with Ill Niño.
2014 saw most of the time spent in pre-production of the new album securing a new booking agent with IAA Touring and bar a couple festivals Hammerfest VII and Out Of The Ashes festval Huron have been focusing on 2015.
2015 starts a new chapter as Huron plan their fourth studio release so expect this in the stores for the summer. Huron have secured the producing services of Justin Hill from UK metal band SikTh and the artwork for the new Huron album The Dead Stay Dead has been designed by Mark Rudolph Huron are thrilled at all of this.
Plans for 2015 have already started with a tour with Steve Smyth's new band One Machine and already festival bookings with SOS festival and Thrashasaurus.
