Biography
The idea of Anguish came up in the winter of 2007-2008 when David and Jacob discussed their interest of Candlemass, Black Sabbath, and other heavy bands. Some time went on and they soon decided to start up a doom metal band. So they began to write some heavy doom metal riffs, which after a while became full-length songs. Martin joined the band first as bass player, but soon changed instruments with Jacob. Later, Robin joined the band as drummer and after maybe two months of rehearsal without vocals, the band found a singer called J. Dee.
Since then, Anguish have signed with Dark Descent Records, releasing their full-length debut in 2012, entitled Through The Archdemon's Head.
