Biography

Detroit, Michigan's Halloween were an outrageously garbed shock rock band sporting platform boots and heavy make-up. The group comprised vocalist Brian Thomas, guitarist Rick Craig, bassist George Neal and drummer Bill Whyte. In addition to their self financed debut album release the band had the track "Come And Get It" featured on the Mercenary Records L'Amour Rocks compilation album issued in 1987 and comprised of some of the hottest, unsigned bands that had played the infamous L'Amours club in Brooklyn, New York.

Molten Metal Records re-issued the 1991 No One Gets Out album in 2001, adding an extra five tracks. The band reunited during 2003, with a line-up comprising singer Brian Thomas, George Neal, guitarist Donny Allen and drummer Rob Brug, announcing their participation in the retro-metal Keep It True II held on 10th April at the Tauberfrankenhalle in Lauda-Königshofen, Germany alongside Satan, Manilla Road, Elixir, Paradox and Majesty.

Guitarist Billy Gray returned to the ranks in 2006. Motor City Metal released the Horror Fire album on June 6th, also issuing an EP entitled E.vil P.ieces 6/6/6, that same day.

In June 2008 a band statement revealed that, "Due to a difference in artistic vision, Halloween and Donny Allen have decided to part ways". This separation closed a 16 year tenure. Two replacements were swiftly announced in Mourning Sun and Night Creature guitarist Don Guerrier and Abandon guitarist Shawn Moore.
