In January 2013, Tuomas Saukkonen announced the disbandment of all his many bands. The point of this was so that he could focus all his attention and energy on one single solo project, WOLFHEART. Over the course of the year Tuomas wrote and recorded the debut album for his latest musical venture. The end result is titled Winterborn, which he self-released on October 10, 2013.
