Dead once sent a demo and also a blindfolded, crucified mouse with thumbtacks in its eyes to Quorthon's label-running dad Boss. Boss didn't quite like what happened and told Dead never to contact him again.

Morbid's Dead appeared on the Candlemass music video "Bewitched" as an extra, which was directed by an ex-Bathory drummer Jonas Åkerlund. While shooting, Dead still suffered from hungover caused by a heavy party night of drinking alcohol and watching a video of Cliff Burton's second gig with Metallica.
