This year was rich and tragic for hard rock veterans Autograph, first in January the band signed record deal with Frontiers Music Srl, later in April founding bassist Randy Rand passed away. Now the band announced their new album, Beyond, which will feature last bass recordings from Randy Ran. It will see the light November 18, 2022. A new single and music video, "This Ain't The Place I Wanna Be", are out now. Watch the clip below.

The singer of now disbanded Mötley Crüe, Vince Neil, has been charged with misdemeanor battery following an incident where the singer allegedly assaulted an autograph seeker in Las Vegas, and could face six months in prison if convicted. TMZ reported that he allegedly attacked a woman at a Las Vegas Strip resort and had to be physically restrained by the actor Nicolas Cage. Vince claims that all he did was push past her. The aftermath of that incident back in April was captured by paparazzi as video caught Neil and Nicolas Cage outside of the Aria Hotel. The Las Vegas Police Department confirmed the incident.

Candlelight Records Team have confirmed exclusive autograph signings/in-stores for the upcoming Emperor shows. The shows, announced early December 2005, have been met with much excitement. Two of the performances are already sold out (July 14th's BB Kings performance and July 16th's Key Club performance). According to SonomaNews.com, Sonoma Valley High School seniors Andrew Presler and Kenny Walter are raffling off a guitar signed by all the members of Metallica at a concert they're holding this weekend to help a friend's family pay medical bills. The concert will take place in Andrews Hall at the Sonoma Community Center, 276 E. Napa St., from noon to 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 27.

All proceeds will go to the Haskell family to help out with medical costs. The pair became good friends with Nefera Haskell at Sonoma Valley High School. She has been flying back east where her mother Kimberly was having surgery for a brain tumor.

Even if people can't attend the show, they can support the cause by buying raffle tickets (people do not have to be present to win) or by donating money into an account the pair has opened in the name of the Haskell family at the Sonoma Valley Bank.
