Drowning Pool - Announce First Album In Six Years

It's been six years since Drowning Pool released their latest studio album, Hellelujuah. However, this just might change soon as the band just announced via Metal Edge Magazine that their long-awaited seventh studio album, Strike A Nerve, is coming out early this summer on UMe/T-Boy Records. It will be their third album in a row to feature Jasen Moreno, who has been the singer for Drowning Pool for the last ten years. More details coming soon.

Drowning Pool - To Perform With 82-Year-Old Fan

Drowning Pool will have a special guest appearance on their upcoming performance at the Chicago Open Air. The 82-year-old Navy veteran and aerospace manager John Hetlinger performed their hit "Bodies" on the NBC competition show America's Got Talent and the video went viral. Shortly after, Drowning Pool's guitarist CJ Pierce chatted with Entertainment Weekly, inviting Hetlinger to perform during an upcoming set at Chicago Open Air. Hetlinger replied on Twitter accepting the invitation, and now it's happening! It should be entertaining.

These are the first wave of shows in support of the forthcoming album Hellelujah which is due out on February 5th, 2016 via Entertainment One Music. Drowning Pool - Debut New Single And Video

Drowning Pool have revealed new material! The metallers will also release a new album called Hellelujah on February 5th, 2016 via Entertainment One Music. The new LP will be the first since signing with the label earlier this summer. The band has shared a lyric video for their song "By The Blood." As of now, you can listen to two new tracks, "Snake Charmer" as well as "By The Blood" below. Enjoy!

Drowning Pool - Recording New Album

While there aren't many details about it yet, recording sessions are underway for a new studio album from Drowning Pool. In fact, drummer Mike Luce has already recorded all the drum parts for the new record. After releasing Resilience in 2013, the band didn't waste any time to make another record. Alternative metallers Drowning Pool are heading out on tour TODAY in support of their latest album, Resilience. Check out the tour dates below.

One way you can get pumped for this tour is entering to win some gear from the band! US alternative metallers Drowning Pool announced today that they will be parting ways with their current singer, Ryan McCombs. The hard working Texas band, who has worked with 3 singers in their 10 year career, issued the following statement: "We have always been a band who has gained success despite having multiple singers... maybe we suffer from reverse 'lead singer's disease," said C.J. Pierce.
