Graveyard - Enter Studio To Record New Album

Swedes Graveyard have entered Park Studios in Stockholm to record their yet untitled album that is scheduled for release late spring/early summer in 2018. The album will be produced by Chips Kiesbye (The Hellacopters, Michael Monroe, The Nomads) and engineered by Stefan Boman (Alice Cooper, Def Leppard). This will be the band's fifth full-length album. Grave - Part Ways With Drummer

Grave have parted ways with their long-time drummer Ronnie Bergerståhl. However, the Swedes didn't clarify the reasons for his departure. The death metal band has a couple of shows scheduled for next year and they said that won't be affected.

Marche Funèbre - New Opus On The Way, Details Unveiled

Belgian death/doom machine Marche Funèbre has revealed details about their upcoming new album, Into The Arms Of Darkness. Their third full length album will be released on CD by Moscow Funeral League, in association with Solitude Productions on the 20th of February. A double 180gr vinyl will see the light of day as well. The cover art was skilfully crafted by Brooke Shaden Photography once again.

Messe Des Morts VI - Draws Protests, Graveland Show Cancelled

According to TVA Nouvelles and other sources, the last day of the Messe Des Morts festival, which was scheduled to take place yesterday (November 26th) in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, has been canceled "for safety reasons" following a protest against one of the event's performers with alleged ties to white supremacist groups, Graveland. Ulcerate, Mgła, Cult Of Fire and more performed on this year's festival.

Graveyard - Call It Quits

Seemingly out of nowhere, dark clouds hover over Graveyard. The Swedish blues rockers just announced that they are breaking up 10 years after their inception. It looks like after four albums, this is the end for the band. Last year's Innocence & Decadence will then be their last album. They cite "differences within the band" as the reason for the split and cancel all upcoming shows.

Grave Digger - Entering The Studio

Grave Digger's last collection of all-new material, Return Of The Reaper, was released in July 2014 via Napalm Records. Their latest release, however, was Exhumation - The Early Years, a special 35th anniversary album containing re-recorded versions of the band's classics. Now it's time to release new material. The heavy metal band has announced that they are entering the studio in June to begin recording their new album for an early 2017 release.
