German five-piece have also announced the release of a new, self-titled studio record, due on February 28th, 2020 via Metal Blade. Having recently signed an extension deal with Metal Blade Records Records, the German melodic death/metalcore band, Neaera is set to release their new album entitled Ours Is The Storm. The new album is their sixth overall and follow up to Forging The Eclipse released back in 2010 also through Metal Blade Records. Ours Is The Storm will be released on March 1st in Germany/Austria/Switzerland, March 4th in the rest of Europe, and March 5th in North America.

German metallers Neaera have revealed the cover artwork and tracklisting for their forthcoming album, Forging The Eclipse. According to the band, the graphical realization of Forging The Eclipse was in the hands of long-time Neaera partner Terje Johnsen (Keep Of Kalessin). The visualization of the album title ends up in a plain, straightforward but concise concept.

Forging The Eclipse will be released as a limited Digipak on October 22nd/25th via Metal Blade Records in Europe.

German metalcore act Neaera have issued the following update:

"Hey there, just a quick update from the rehearsal space for you guys: the songwriting process is going fluently, we´re focused and very close to wrapping this thing up! We are very confident about the song material, this one is going to be a beast.

We will enter the studio in June to work on this next record which will be released in the fall of this year via Metal Blade Records. In compliance with the back-to-the-roots approach to this record, we will record the drums at Stage One Studio with the Mr. Myiagi among metal producers, Andy Classen, who already produced our first record, The Rising Tide Of Oblivion. Of course, we will also work again with our good friend Alexander Dietz, the self-proclaimed Brad Pitt among metal producers, on this one. The mixing / mastering will be done by none other than Tue Madsen. We will continue to update you guys as more information unfolds."
