The album artwork was designed by Darkgrove (Delain Stratovarius, Sirenia, Manowar) and is inspired by the tomb art at the co-cathedral of Malta, laden with meaning and intricately woven with the lyrical theme. Furthermore, the band revealed that the mixing of the album is now complete. Opus IV Oblivion is now at Red Room Studio in Germany for mastering.

The album features Anders Jacobsson of Draconian as a guest vocalist, it is being produced by Brett Caldas-Lima at Tower Studios in France and the band plans to release it this year. There are also a number of shows planned for this year.
