Periphery - Guitarist Jake Bowen To Release Solo Album
Jake Bowen, of the American progressive/djent band Periphery, has announced his first solo album. The album is planned for a tentative summer 2014 release date. You can check out the official album sampler below. As for Periphery, their new release Clear is dropping on January 28th.
The statement from Jake Bowen's Facebook page reads as follows: "I finally finished my first electronic album and I have the track listing, album art, tentative release date and a sampler for ya! Preorder info coming soon! Release date: Summer 2014."

It's nice that, although it's obvious he's part of Periphery, it's not just a Periphery 2.0 project.
