Botanist - Debut New Track
Botanist continue releasing new albums every year and their next full-length is called VI: Flora, and will be out on August 11th, 2014 on The Flenser on CD, LP and digital formats. However, you don't have to wait any longer to hear new music because today the San Francisco black metal one man band premiered "Callistemon". Check out the new track which is available below. As I said in the soutbox: The new track is very nice. Love the drums and the sound of the dulcimer is distorded but in a very pleasant way. Can't wait to hear the whole thing. What a consistent project this one.

I would have loved to see a Karl Blossfeldt photograph as cover for one of their releases. I'm still hoping.

Beautiful <3 It isn't the EverySongSoundsDaSame Botanist I knew previously. Kinda sounding like Sleeping Peonies. I hope the whole album sounds about like this

Not heard much from this band, but this made a good impression. I wish the production brought out the dynamics more, however.
