Steve Grimmett's Grim Reaper frontman, whose leg was amputated after an aggressive infection in January just hours after he finished playing a show in Ecuador, is now back on his feet and is teaching himself to walk again. Grimmett has finally been fitted for a prosthesis, and the recent post on his Facebook page shows that he's chosen a custom design that is the most metal replacement limb imaginable. We sincerely hope Grimmett's recovery process is as fast and painless as possible, and he's able to return to the stage with his band before too long.




Steve Grimmett's Grim Reaper will headline the Metalbrew Festival in North London, UK, on 15th July 2017. This will be their first UK gig since Steve's amputation.
