Riverside are the first band announced for the 2018 edition of the Midsummer Prog Festival. The Polish proggers also confirmed that they will have new material ready next year. The event will take place at the outdoor Openluchttheater in Valkenburg, The Netherlands, on June 23rd, 2018 with many more bands yet to be announced.

This year's inaugural festival saw artists including Anathema, Gazpacho, Pain Of Salvation, Iamthemorning and Caligula's Horse play the 800-capacity venue.
