German beer loving thrashers Tankard shared a new music video for ''Schwarz-weiß wie Schnee'' what is dedicated to their favorite football team Eintracht Frankfurt.

The band comments: "The 18th On May 2022, the Frankfurt Eintracht celebrated one of the greatest achievements of their club history and will from now on as a memorable day not only be found in the history books of all football lovers and romantics. Hessen create sensation and win the Europa League final against Glasgow Rangers in Sevilla - all of football Germany is upside down. But not only is it a sporting performance, but also the Frankfurt fan scene creates a clean clue. Already through the entire Europa League season, the Hessen drew attention to themselves - in a positive sense. Not forgetting the "home game" at Camp Nou (Barcelona). There were more than 30,000 fans of the Frankfurt Eintracht in the stadium. In Sevilla at the final match there were approx. 50,000 fans of Hessen in front, although only around 10,000 could witness the game in the stadium. Awesomeness!

"And in the middle: the boys from Tankard, not least with their legendary performance at the very emotional fan fest before the said finale.
It's no secret that the musicians (and manager) of the band Tankard are the biggest Eintracht Frankfurt fans. Their club anthem "Black-white as snow" is played before every home game of the Bundesliga club and is sung loudly by 50,000 throats.

"So it's only consistent that this anthem is now undergoing a small adjustment after the sensational success. From the chorus "Black-white as snow, that's the SGE - how to get the DFB-trophy and become German champions" was followed by... We have the UEFA U-U Cup and we will become German Champions". And since the original edition of the song has long been sold out, of course it will also be time for a new edition on CD.

"This time even more friendly artists from Frankfurt have come forward to contributing to a version of the song. Thus, the new Black-White As Snow EP also features a hit version by Roy Hammer and a Ska version of Revolte Dance Leg.

"Here's to hoping that next season it works with the second part of the chorus... and Eintracht becomes German champions for the second time in their club history after 1959!

"Just in time for the release of the new EP, the band is also releasing the new music video today, which will be released at the big fan party for the Europa League final on 18th. May 2022 in Sevilla has been cut."



Vocalist Gerre adds : "After the entire forest stadium in recent years, when the players walked in at the chorus of "black-white as snow" on the given occasion, continuously singing instead of "we're getting the DFB-Pokal" "we're going to get the UEFA Cup", it was on the hand, sometime a new version of our song with slightly modified lyrics to be recorded. Not least, due to the unbelievable emotions during our performance at the fan-fest in Sevilla on 18.05.22 and the subsequent win of the Euroleague, we have decided to implement this now.

"After, among other things, I was allowed to perform live more often with Roy Hammer & the Pralinèes and with Revolte dance leg "Black-White as Snow" in various versions and music directions, the idea came to us to the B oot to get this EP. The cross-genre experiment is more than successful I think and we are more than grateful to both bands for their versions.

"Without belittling the magnificent performance of the current team in any way: Jürgen Grabowski however was, is and will forever remain the greatest Eintracht player of all time. Not only the Euro-League was won for the Eintracht's honorary player, who unfortunately died much too early this year, this EP is also dedicated to him, of course! Hence the title: With Jürgen! For Jürgen!
