Jorn - Welcome New Bassist
Norwegian heavy metal operatives Jorn announced that Øyvind Strønen (full name: Øyvind Bolt Strönen Johannesen) has become a new permanent bass player in the ranks.
The band's mastermind Jørn Lande comments: "We are happy to present our new bass player, Øyvind Strønen! Øyvind comes from Hamar by the lake of Mjøsa, he is a previous member of the Norwegian folk metal band Trollfest, as well as being active in the music industry, working for publisher and record company Arctic Rights. I first met Øyvind in 2020, when we had a go at the Norwegian Eurovision (MGP) with the song "Faith Bloody Faith".
"Øyvind is a talented musician as well as being a really good man to have on board, and we are looking forward to bringing the rock together. Thanks to everyone who contacted us, offering to play, you are all appreciated."
